Memory 1: Helping Haruhi get "his" bag out of the water & kicking the bully out of the club (day 2)

So there's a mean girl in the club and she's bullying poor Haruhi, dumping his personal property into the water and trying to make everybody think he's a creeper. The Host Club knows better, however, and they bid her farewell.

Memory 2: TAMAKI SUOH: MANATEE DOCTOR (day 8)

In Wandering Stars, Tamaki befriended a bunch of flying manatees, becoming very protective of them. This is a headcanon memory in which he's using his Persona to heal them after an attack from the dreaded space sharks.

Memory 3: Tamaki and Kyouya meet and accept their shadows (day 11) - Thread link

Tamaki is trying to set up an N64 when he falls into the television and into a Shadow Dungeon where the party is double-teamed by Kyouya's and his shadows. First, Shadow Kyouya confesses that yes, he does in fact have feelings, while hinting that Something Bad may have happened to Tamaki and the twins. The shadow insists that he is Kyouya, and Kyouya, being a lot more sensible than an actual Persona character, accepts it without a boss fight. He receives a headmonster for his trouble. This makes everyone else deeply uncomfortable.

Then Tamaki's shadow shows up, and whines about his family issues. By this point the novelty has worn off and no one cares anymore, except for Tamaki when his Shadow mentions how much he wants to smoooch Haruhi and maaarry her and have lots of baaaabies. Tamaki almost denies him, but is smacked around by Kyouya and accepts his creepy crush in order to gain the Persona Galahad.

Memory 4: LESBIANS!?!?!? (day 15)

The Zuka club shows up, is immune to the Host Club's charms, and give an expositional speech about the existence of lesbians, which is a thing that shocks and alarms... basically only Tamaki. They then threaten to transfer Haruhi to their own, all-girls school, and Haruhi - who is pissed off at the host club for auctioning off her mechanical pencil - implies that she just might go with them.
