HE'S SO FRICKIN GUILTY... like, he doesn't really think they did a Wrong Thing in that game, but he DOES think acting like it was an easy or obvious choice was wrong and stupid, and Canary didn't really have any business in those choices, and then Rin tried to pull blame and couldn't and he just feels bad. But then they keep coming over?? and he hasn't been scolded?? he tried to apologize and they just kept being super nice.
